Dermamelan Treatment from Mesoestetic is a home-maintenance cream in cases of generalized hyperpigmentation.
This cream is a post-treatment applied at home to improve the luminosity and tone of the skin. It belongs to the dermamelan line the Mesoestetic solution to attenuate and eliminate the skin spots of melanic origin.

After a professional treatment it is advisable to follow the “3 2 1” method which is structured as follows:
In the first month after treatment perform 3 applications: morning noon and night.
In the second and third months perform 2 applications: morning and evening.
From the fourth to the seventh month perform 1 application: only at night.

Skin patches known as melasma or cloasma are very common topical skin changes. Generally they do not cause any risk for health although they have major unaesthetic and social meaning and its repercussions. Its origin is diverse and involves genetic hormonal and environmental factors. The main cause is the pigmentation disorders caused by solar radiation to the skin.

Mesoestetic Dermamelan Treatment cream contains a combination of functional cosmetic ingredients with proven action.

Its main effect is the weakness and/or disappearance of dark spots which arose on the skin due to disturbances in the production of melanin located mainly on the face or other body parts that are exposed to the sun. This treatment increases the tonicity and luminosity of the skin.

Cosmetic Indications
This product is indicated for reducing or eradicating pigmented skin imperfections which are located on the face neck neckline and hands. It also helps to enhance the brightness and improve overall appearance of the skin.

How to use:

• 1st month: Apply three times per day on the skin in places where dark spots occur avoiding the eye contour.
• 2nd and 3rd month: From the fifth week apply Dermamelan Treatment cream twice a day in the morning and in the evening.
• From the 4 month: Apply Dermamelan Treatment cream once a day. The duration of this treatment depends on the obtained results.
  IMPORTANT : It is recommended that each application is made with about 05 g of a cream. Larger amount of the cream may be more difficult to absorb through the skin. Applying thicker layer of the product can lead to damages of the skin like extreme dryness peeling skin etc.

During the treatment it is essential to use efficient and constant sun protection. It is recommended to use cosmetics from the range of Mesoestetic Sun Protection such as Moisturising Sun Protection SPF50 or Dermatological Sun Protection SPF50 . Lack of sun protection reduces the effectiveness of the treatment.

Precautions for Use
In case of reddening or drying of the skin – apply Hydra-Vital Factor K cream from Mesosestetic. It is not recommended to use with another product besides of the one mentioned above in order to avoid unpleasant and unforeseen effects.

• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact – wash generously with water.
• Its use is not recommended for children under the age of 12 years.
• Its use is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding periods.
