    Description

    These CoaguChek XS PT Test test strips are designed to be used in conjunction with the Roche CoaguChek XS and CoaguChek XS Plus INR machines to monitor blood coagulation. The Roche CoaguChek XS PT test strips are ideal for use at home, in health and care institutions since they give information on INR and percent PT values in blood.

    Direction For Use

    -Take the lancet device’s cap off.
    -In the lancet holder, place a new lancet. When it snaps into place, it’s in the right location. Twist and pull the protective cap away from the lancet to remove it.
    -Remove the cap from the lancet device and replace it. Set the lancet depth by twisting the cap of the lancet device. Begin at 2 or 3. Increase the number to have harder skin.
    -Push all the way down on the plunger on the device’s end until it clicks. In the center, a yellow dot will appear and stay.

    -Store at room temperature
    -Protect from sunlight, heat, and moisture
